leaking pipe

Hi,

I'm a new home owner last month. Recently I have a leaking water pipe and I was able to locate the leaking point at T-connector. Should I solder to seal the leak or should I replace T connector. I don't have much room to work with. The pipe is locate right bellow second floor. Cutting the pipe is not easy to do. Any help would be appriciate.
