Try the easy stuff first. Clean off the area, gob on some flux, and try adding solder. Of course, totally draining the pipe is required. I am not sure how long lasting the epoxy repairs are, perhaps one of the real plumbers will respond to that. Removing a tee is a chore, especially when space is cramped, so I'd avoid that unless all else failed. Just reheating the joint might be enough to seal the joint. Just be sure the line is totally dry.
