Our outdoor faucet is dripping. I inquired as to how to replace the washer. I was told to loosen the nut around the pipe and pull the stem out. I loosened the nut but the stem won't come out. What do I do now?
There is a screw in the middle of the handle which I am trying to loosen. It is rusted tight.
